About Us:

SouthCarolinaNursingHome.org is an internet-based referral service that is free to consumers and specializes in elder care case matching for elders and their families.

We help assist families in finding a multitude of services, including assisted living, nursing homes, adult day care, care management and homecare.

We are based in Clemson, South Carolina and we work with qualified elder care service providers in South Carolina.

SouthCarolinaNursingHome.org helps families identify the right type of care and services needed by an aging relative or friend.

After we assess the needs and preferences of that individual, they are uniquely matched with those participating providers in our network who can meet their needs.

The names of the provider(s) is sent via e-mail to the requesting individual, while the individual's name and profiling information are passed along to the matched provider(s).

Our South Carolina providers are pre-approved.

All of the participating providers in the SouthCarolinaNursingHome.org network must apply to participate and are screened prior to joining our network. They must also contractually agreed to abide by the terms for inclusion in our network.

A History of Helping

SouthCarolinaNursingHome.org was founded by Perry Louis Fields and Debbie Uldrick.

Ms. Fields' family business has been taking care of seniors' estate planning for the past decade. Debbie Uldrick has been in the elder care industry herself as a Marketing Director, Event Coordinator and Programming Director at two large nursing homes in Anderson and Greenville, South Carolina.
